Face-to-face video check-ins with your coach will be scheduled weekly. Additional video chats will be available per request. In these meetings, you and your coach will review your check-in sheet and progress photos. Then, your coach will provide feedback on your week and make any necessary adjustments to your program for the following week. Your coach will also be available through text during business hours for any pressing questions or concerns.
